Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. A full list of accepted insurance plans can be found here.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring with you:

  • Driver’s License or a valid ID

  • Insurance card or information

  • Reports and discs of any imaging or other studies you may have had before this visit that was not done at Oneida Health

  • List of medications

  • A form of payment for any co-pays required

What can I expect at my new patient visit?

First you will likely need to complete paperwork regarding your injury or condition. This is typically followed by in-office X-rays of your affected joint/extremity. After imaging, one of our medical staff will perform a thorough evaluation of your problem and develop a treatment plan personalized to your condition and situation. This may involve medication, further imaging (MRI, CT scans, etc.), or even surgery.
